Ryan O'Neal and His Son Had Fun

Has-been actor Ryan O'Neal and his 24-year-old son Redmond O'Neal were both arrested on suspicion of drugs after the police found meth in their Malibu home this morning. 

Redmond, whose mother Farrah Fawcett is battling cancer, was in possession of meth, while a vial of it was found in the daddy's bedroom, so chances are these two have a very 'special' father-son relationship.

The drugs were found during a routine probation check on Redmond, who is serving three years probation after being arrested last year for driving under the influence of heroin and crystal meth.   It probably doesn't help that Ryan was also arrested last year on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon for firing what he called 'a warning gunshot intended to scare' his other son, Griffin O'Neal.  Because that's just the sort of overprotective, loving parent he is. 

Ryan's daughter, actress and ex-herroin addict Tatum O'Neal was arrested in June for buying crack on a street corner in New York. 

I think it miiiiight be safe to say this family likes their drugs?
