Surprise, Lindsay Lohan in Another Cheesy Flick

All those months of strapping on a fake baby have finally come to an end, and Lindsay Lohan's new movie, Labor Pains is ready to be mass-marketed for the next year until it hits theaters. 

First up: the trailer...featuring Lindsay as the dumb secretary, an evil boss, a plot-twisting lie, and even one of those frantic pregnant-lady treks to the hospital.  Kind of (exactly) like in Nine Months, Father of the Bride 2, and about twenty other blockbusters.  The only thing that appears to be missing is a boy. 

And yes, the movie is just as cheesy - with acting just as bad (if you can call it that) - as all her past films (if you can call them that).

But here's the upshot: Lindsay got to bring her cancer sticks onto the job!
