market for $45 million. The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the
62 year old singing sensation has listed her 13,126 square foot Italian
Renaissance style bluff top mansion on 1.7 acres overlooking the
Pacific Ocean with a whopping $45,000,000 asking price. All that cash
will buy you a three story main house with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms,
a home gym, private theater, an infinity edge swimming pool, a walled
in tennis court that sits on top of a large 20 car subterranean garage,
a guest house, guard's tower, and a pair of enormous imposing front
gates to keep the commoners out.
