Wearing a 'Talk to You never' shirt - the parting gift for rejected BFF contestants - the celebutant also showed her devotion to Benji Madden by donning a 'B' charm around her neck.

Out here in Southern California where I live, it's easy to forget that after Labor Day, shit starts to cool down in the rest of the country.
But after seeing New York photos of Jessica Simpson bundled up in a fur coat, Sarah Jessica Parker clothed from head to toe, and Eva Mendes morbidly decked out in wool this week, I started to think it just might be cold out there.
Then, these picture of America Ferrera using her coffee cup as a personal heater came in, and I realized it's not just cold - it's effing freezing.

Apparently Heidi Montag is gong to have some competition for Halloween this year, because Traci Bingham was also spotted in a cop costume last night - though hers has more of a 'naughty' than a 'sexy' twist to it.
