David Duchovny was sans Demi Moore on the set of his new movie The Joneses yesterday, toting around some golf clubs, getting his hair coiffed, and squeezing in a few athletic stretches.
The actor is in the midst of suing British tabloid The Daily Mail for alleging that he cheated on his wife Tea Leoni with tennis player Edit Pakay. 'This is false. It never happened,' the lawsuit states, calling Edit 'just a friend' and seeking $1 million in damages for defamation and invasion of privacy.
The Daily Mail story is probably false, but I sure as hell wouldn't put cheating past the guy. Because, isn't a loose cock one of the prerequisites to a sex addiction??
And a more important question: does David's hotness weather his pervish side, or is he officially off the sexy list?? Spill your opinion below...
