Ha Ha...Who Got A Parking Ticket?

Duh, it's Julianne Moore.

The Blindness actress tried to pull a fast one on New York's parking tyrants enforcement Friday when she parked in front of her home illegally and dashed inside to grab her daughter Liv.

After trying to convince the officer to take pity on her, Julianne apparently heard the same BS I get every time I park in the red zone and get caught:  

• 'I would let you off the hook if I hadn't already put your license plate into the computer system, but it's too late.  Sorry. But I won't charge you for your expired tabs/ missing front plate/ broken headlight/ [fillintheblank].'
  

Luckily for smiley miss Julianne Moore, $50 won't put her out of lunch for a week...
