Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt donated $10,000 to the World Hunger Relief Movement yesterday, making it their second year of involvement with the philanthropy event.

- 'It’s really important to be here today — world hunger is just one of the most important causes. I mean, every six seconds a child dies of world hunger, so that's a big deal and it kills more people than AIDS, tuberculosis and lots of other diseases.'
Spencer added:
- 'It's just unacceptable when we're having such amazing lives and eating at nice restaurants all the time that there are still people starving. So if we can spend an afternoon to bring awareness to a great cause, then hey.'
