Letterman and L.C. Get Spicy

David Letterman put Lauren Conrad in the hot seat yesterday during her Late Show appearance.  After Lauren explained to him that her on-screen Hills squabbles have been with 'a little bit of everyone', Letterman responded with: 'that raises the question: maybe you're the problem?'

While L.C. squirmed in her seat and let out a few Lohan-esque laughs squeals, Dave was quick to throw a little self-deprecating humor into the mix, explaining that experience has taught him he's 'the idiot' in all his interpersonal conflicts.
