Apparently Heidi Montag is gong to have some competition for Halloween this year, because Traci Bingham was also spotted in a cop costume last night - though hers has more of a 'naughty' than a 'sexy' twist to it.
Traci's burlesque getup seems only appropriate, given her Playboy cameo this month. And, well, just her wardrobe in general.
