Amy Winehouse had something to celebrate yesterday that actually had nothing to do with America's election. Twelve months after being placed behind bars for assaulting someone, Amy's husband Blake Fielder-Civil is a free man.
The grammar school dropout was supposed to complete a 27-month sentence, but as tends to happen, he got out early. Which makes absolutely no sense considering he was repeatedly caught shooting up heroin from his jail cell. Blakey was let out with the promise that he'll join his crackhead wife in rehab immediately.
Because, clearly rehab is working wonders for her.
Rather than looking excited about yesterday's opportunity to be reunited with her future babbydaddy, Amy was up to her usual antics - attacking people in the street, showing claw marks all over her body, and dripping a 'suspicious white powder' from her bottom lip.
A year ago - when everyone was blaming Blake for Amy's drug habit - him getting out of jail would have seemed disastrous. But after seeing Amy look like holy hell every day since then, it's clear that she's an outstanding crackwreck all on her own.
