Britney's dad Jamie Spears is certainly keeping her on a tight leash.
The recovering popwreck harkened back to her pre-depressed days today at LAX when she tried to crack a smile for the awaiting media. But daddy, conservator, and censor of all-things-Britney was quick to but a muzzle on his little manic-depressive's joy.
I guess Brit Brit wasn't kidding when she imitated her dad bossing her around last week. But despite his intimidating grimace, I spy a little humor under Jamie's tight lip. And THANK GOODNESS, because a twelve-hour flight in the company of a grumpy middle-aged dude is no picnic.
