Kelly Osbourne Shops, and Shops Her Engagement

Kelly Osbourne cut out the middle man this weekend when her 18-year-old model boyfriend Luke Worrell announced announced via Facebook that he was 'engaged to Kelly Osbourne.'

So yesterday the 24-year-old fashionista found an opportunity to flash her spiffy new engagement ring when she and her pup made a shopping trip to Melrose Boulevard. 

A bit modest in celebrity terms, but then again, what can an 18-year-old 'model' really afford. Which reminds me, Kel better not forget her prenup -  unless she wants Sharon and Ozzy ringing her neck.
