Mischa Barton Is a Hippie in Heels

Mischa Barton has a serious love for black eyeliner, headbands and anything fringed - whether it be a purse, boots, or a leather jacket.  So on Saturday night, the hippie child combined headbands, fringe and raccoon eyes in her fairy-like ensemble during a night out in Hollywood. 

The only thing missing are some wings!  Except - do fairies smoke cancer sticks??
