Spencer Pratt Failed to Scare off Stephanie's Boyfriend

Last night Stephanie Pratt stepped out in Hollywood with that boyfriend of hers - the one who Spencer tried to intimidate during Speidi's first double-date with the couple a few weeks ago. Apparently, Spencer failed.    

Meanwhile, another Spencer adversary was spotted dining at nearby Katsuya.  Heidi's former boss, Brent Bolthouse.  Now all we need is to throw a little Lauren Conrad into the mix...
