Matthew Perry Is Healthy

The holidays are, by most accounts, the absolute best time to get away with eating exorbitant amounts of cookies, cake, cheese, and other junk foods without really feeling bad about it. 

But despite this get-fat-free pass, Matthew Perry was spotted carrying around some sort of health milkshake on Christmas Eve, during an errand in West Hollywood.

Just looking at that brown milkshake in his water bottle makes me feel nauseous...
