Zac Efron is Charitable

Here's Zac Efron arriving at the Mattel Children's Hospital at UCLA on Friday, where he handed out toys to critically ill patients and their families.  And, according to what a source told Us Magazine, actually enjoyed himself. 

'Zac was super gracious and could not have been more kind and truly happy to be there.  He really spent time bonding with each of the children and their families.  The kids were smitten and beaming from ear to ear.  Some of the kids couldn't even speak, but they had the widest grins and would sit as close to him as possible.'

It's kinda refreshing to hear about another celeb doing doing stuff for other people - especially at such a young age.  Plus, while Zac was earning brownie points with Vanessa Santa, he was making Disney proud too. 

Among the $10,000 worth of toys given away were a big pile of High School Musical products too.  Because why not throw in a little self-promotion while being charitable?!
