Alyssa Milano had another reason to celebrate the holidays last month, when her boyfriend of over a year proposed on December 18th.
The actress sported her new engagement ring in West Hollywood on Saturday, where she and her very shy fiancee, Hollywood agent David Bugliari, shared a romantic dinner.
Looks like the poor guy isn't used to being hounded by cameramen, but he'll have to adjust sooner or later: the media kinda come with the marriage package.
