Give the man a break. He's divorced and he's entitled to have a girlfriend. His relationship with his ex wife lasted a long time by Hollywood standards. What's the big deal? He's moving on with his life, which is as it should be.

I agree this women could have been an assistant or friend. I'm not entirely convinced their dating. By the way she is DEFINITELY not 24, more like in her 30's. Also she really isn't attractive.
