Heidi Montag assisted her fiancee Spencer Pratt with some important field research yesterday when the pair received martial arts training from Jiu-Jitsu expert Kevin Rickson.
Spence is honing his expertise in order to better manage UFC fighter Kevin Casey in his new reality show, but it was Heidi who really shined during the couple's private lesson yesterday.
