Russell Crowe has been looking pretty comfortable with the Santa belly he grew for Body of Lies, but according to Page Six, the actor is on strict orders to Ctrl+Z the extra pounds.
Ridley Scott will be directing Russ in his new movie Nottingham, and insiders say Russ' weight is getting in the way of his dual role as Nottingham Sheriff and Robin Hood.
'We can't have Robin Hood looking more like Friar Tuck,' one of the producers joked. But despite Ridley's fitness demands, Nottingham producers are hedging their bets....at Sienna Miller's expense.
An insider dishes on why the British actress was released form her role as 'Maid Marian':
Well at least Sienna can take comfort in knowing that she was let go on account of someone else's bad looks, and not her own??

'It is a mess. Russell never lost the weight he put on for "Body of Evidence" - and so the love scenes between him and Sienna would have been laughable. He's so old and fat and she's so young and gorgeous. It's just . . . gross.'
