Paris Hilton is (VERY) Pouty in Pink

After an apparent visit to Jessica Simpson's plastic surgeon, Paris Hilton was spotted wearing a frilly, diamond-covered pink dress at Bar De Luxe in Hollywood last night. 

And, because the pink-loving heiress has never been the simplest dresser, a diamond-covered ensemble was not enough bling.  On her neck Paris wore a diamonte choker and on her head - a matching headband.
