Mary Kate Olsen is seen with her boyfriend Nate Lowman out and about in SoHo. I'm not too familiar with this Nate character, but I do know that a) He's hot, b) He's 28, and c) He's an artist and his work was featured at the New Museum's Unmonumental exhibit. That's enough for me!!!
