English comedian and actor, Russell Brand,
steps
out of his hotel in New York with a beautiful women, who seemed to be
struggling with a bit of a wedgie (or she's just holding her purse
behind her back, but it's funnier to pretend it's a wedgie!!) Russell
then took
time out of his day to pose for photographs with New York EMT workers
and an entire family.
