Yesterday Heidi Montag turned a whopping 22-year-old, and to celebrate, her infamous boyfriend Spencer Pratt took her out for a picnic in the park.
They sipped cristal, they kissed, they picked cake off each other's faces. And, most importantly, Spencer lavished his woman with high-end fashion.

Everyone's favorite attention-loving couple hit up a Gelsons
supermarket in Pacific Palisades yesterday - and proved just how serious they are about gourmet shopping.
Heidi Montag took on the creative responsibility of picking out her melons (Traci Bingham style), taste-testing a few strawberries, picking out a bouquet of flowers and even making sure that the shopping cart was in mint condition. It was!
Meanwhile, Spencer Pratt adopted more of a leadership role, pointing out his favorite brand of chocolate popsicles, steering the hefty cart around, and inciting a discussion on which type of sourdough bread is plumper.
And don't worry, Spencer remembered to throw in a few dozen bottles of his medicinal 'Muscle Milk' too.
Heidi Montag whipped out the lycra, legwarmers, sweatbend and spandex to film the music video for her new singleOverdosin' on Thursday.
The reality star looked like a real singer with her entourage of back-up dancers, film crew, director, choreographer, make-up artist,

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag arrived at the E! News offices in L.A. on Monday, looking sharp but running behind schedule...kinda likeBachelor winner Shayne Lamas, who showed up a few minutes later.
Heidi was her usual cheerful self, but Spencer acted a little extra feisty, teasing the cameraman and boasting that he could win more medals than Michael Phelps. Yes, he really said that.
Very ambitious, Spencer.... but I think I'll keep my money on Mike.
Speidi took Heidi's mom Darlene and sister Holly out to dinner with none other than Girls Gone Wild kingpin Joe Francis.
Which was brave at the very least. If I brought my mom out to dinner
with the guy who exploits drunk teenagers for a living, that guy would
be chopped up, sent back to the kitchen, and gobbled up by dessert.
But
the group appeared in good spirits when spotted at the Beverly
Wilshire hotel, where they dined at Wolfgang Puck's exclusive 'The Cut,'
and hopefully, Joe picked up the tab to keep mama Montag on his good side.

Heidi and her newest BFF, Meghan McCain, were spotted lunching
at Ivy on the Shore in Santa Monica today. Just the intimate two of them.
'What the hell?' you may ask, wondering what Heidi and John McCain's eldest daughter have in common.
Well it turns out the two blondes can bond over more than just being Republican...they can also discuss fashion!
Meghan
aspires to follow in Heidi's designing footsteps, and has
already grabbed media attention with a blog about her fashion
and pop culture musings. The blog, McCain Blogette, is also a source for tracking daddy John McCain's campaign trail, which Meghan is working on full-time this summer.
Way to reach out to those younger American voters, Meghan.
One thing the blogger could work on, however - is keeping a little cash on hand. She was no help to Heidi when the Hills
hottie fetched her car from the restaurant valet and realized they
wouldn't accept plastic. Lucky for Heidi, a few paparazzi were there
to cover her ass.
And
yes, the paparazzi were completely oblivious to the fact that they were
filming John McCain's daughter, who got her first dose of what it's
like to live in L.A.: nobody gives a shit about politics.
Everyone's favorite celebrity couple and Second Amendment advocates, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, hit the firing range for a little target practice recently, as all responsible gun owners should. Way to role-model, guys! A well-honed trigger finger and a steady aim are essential to preventing tragic accidental shootings.
Looks like the duo wisely wore protective ear muffs while blasting away, too. Smart move, guys; with Heidi's music career on the brink of blowing up, they're going to need their hearing.
