Speidi debunk – or confirm – some of their latest rumors when spotted at the Palms Restaurant in West Hollywood Thursday night.
‘We’re locked and loaded,’ Spencer said of blazin' gun he was spotted purchasing last weekend. ‘It’s for Heidi’s protection,’ he said at the time. ’I want more privacy.’
As for the other gossip, Speidi report that there’s no Hills spin-off show, no live wedding on MTV planned, but yes, the couple still enjoy kissing for the cameras just as much as ever (obviously).
Spencer made an appearance on Letterman’s Late Show Friday night dishing about his fanatic love for Heidi, his partnership with ‘the next Jay-Z, and refusal to bring his pretty face to a nightclub for anything less than $100,000 per visit.
Yeah, that’s definitely more than I make in like 3 years. I’m not bitter, but I might have to start reading The Secret one of these days.
Last night Heidi and Spencer went out to dinner at the Palms Restaurant in West Hollywood. These are photos of them leaving, and yes it is still daylight. They must have gone out for the early bird special like a couple of cute senior citizens.
Heidi wore a shirt that read, "I want more privacy."
But privacy won't be part of Heidi's life for at least a little while, because earlier this week she told MTV programming big-wig Tony DiSanto that the couple would like to get married on-camera, and he is jumping at the opportunity.
According to Speidi's latest magazine cover story, they want a small wedding in the Virgin Islands with catering by Wolfgang Puck's restaurant, Jason of Beverly Hills watches for the guests, and performances by both U2 and of course, Miss Heidi herself.
The TV special could be great for Heidi and Spence's entertainment careers, but I think Heidi will be quite disappointed when she finds herself with even less privacy.
Maybe her desire for more private time will speed up the wedding plans. Heidi is eager for the day when she can choke down that wedding cake, toss the bouquet and get her happily-ever-after on with fiance Spencer.
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have something new in common with Angelina Jolie - besides being given a couple nickname...they've been shot by the same man.
Speidi are spotted at an art gallery in Beverly Hills yesterday having their profiles studied by the world-renowned photographer Martin Scholler. And they couldn't be more happy about it. Check out the blonde pair chitchatting with their mini entourage and getting chummy with a camera god below:
Yikes, that woman in black should be careful about standing next to Heidi's hyper-tanned figure until she gets some more sun! The goth and the beach babe looks just do not mix...
Now that they've got the ball rolling on their future together, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are trying their hand at the whole mommy/daddy thing.
Parenting experiment number one? A trip to Disneyland with Spencer's two little nieces yesterday.
Check out Heidi, Spencer, Ava and Hayley posing in Disney hats, pulling Arthur's sword from the stone, eating cotton candy, high-fiving each other and getting cozy with Snow White:
Wow, I didn't know it was possible to wear that many hats in one day. Did they buy out the whole Disney collection?
Spencer
and Heidi look like they're having almost as much fun as Ava. And with
their matching grins, pastel shirts and blonde hair, this foursome almost
look like like a happy little family.
Spencer Pratt is taking on yet another entertainment venture: Pete Wentz's reality show.
The 'media mogul' and his stylish fiance were spotted on the streets in L.A. with the Fall
Out Boy yesterday as he filmed F and bridged the gap between MTV's reality and musical exploits.
Notice that Pete's jeans are even tighter than Heidi's. Now that's hot!
What do you suppose these three talked about???
I'm guessing when Pete wasn't telling Heidi where Ashlee SimpsonAshlee Simpson-Wentz shops, he was dispensing marriage advice to Spencer. You know, because one week of marriage and a bun in the oven makes him an expert on these matters.
Heidi and Spencer decked themselves out in L.A. Dodgers gear and hit the stadium yesterday, where they took in a baseball game, some attention from the crowd, and their team's victory over the Cincinnati Reds.
The latest Speidi drama is off the field and back in the media, where Spencer is getting flak from Brody Jenner's daddy for being 'a bad influence.' '[Brody has] been brought down by all his friends,' Bruce Jenner accused.
But spicy Spencer was quick to fire back: 'That’s a bold statement for someone who only
decided to try and be Brody’s father after Brody got famous. He should
focus more on trying to be a father and worry less about Brody’s
influences. Brody’s doing just fine.'
Ouch, I bet Bruce is licking his wounds after those insinuations. No one wants to be called a bad daddy!
No sightings of Spencer and Brody together since we heard that they've kissed and made up, but I'm sure they'll find time to rekindle that bad-boy bonding ... which I'm not so sure Bruce OR Heidi will appreciate!
Pictures of the 'celebrity masters' in their matching Dodgers outfits after the jump.
Heidi and Spencer are in the news like crayzay lately. On the heels of their recent David Letterman and Tyra Banks interviews, the L.A. Times published an article this week about the 'villainous Hills couple,' who it calls 'creatures of the game' and master of 'the
new realities of celebrity culture.'
And Heidi and Spencer apparently couldn't agree more.
Spencer talks about 'embracing the haters' and admits to the Times that
he is used The Hills to 'brand' himself as the bad guy, in order to
'cause drama' and get his own show. 'I saw a clip of the show, and
everyone was so nice - friendly,' he said.
But good ole Spence is quick to articulate what he demonstrated by chasing Heidi across Nevada in last night's episode of The Hills - that his love for Heidi is totally real.
And so it the feud with Lauren Conrad, apparently! So real that Heidi and Spencer didn't even get invited to last night's finale after-party.
Not that THAT'S putting a dent in Speidi's plans... The Ryan Seacrest radio show regulars say they plan to take on the celebrity world, one venture at a time.
If it's not The Hills, which racks in over 3.3 million viewers per week, then it could be Heidi's clothing line 'Heidiwood,' her music career, or simply getting paid the big bucks to show up at the little clubs.
'Obviously we're entertainers,' Heidi says. 'We are
trying to entertain in every aspect of our lives. Whether it's on the
show or in the tabloids.'
Someone must have given Speidi a copy of The Secret, because how many other reality stars have a nickname that rivals Brangelina, TomKat, and the original Bennifer??
Everyone's favorite couple from 'The Hills,' Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, planned a special Mother's Day treat for Heidi's Mom yesterday in Beverly Hills.
Heidi's Mom, Darlene, came to visit her daughter from her hometown of Crested Butte, Colorado, which Heidi recently described as 'the smallest place in the world.'
'Spiedi' - always ready with an elaborate gift for any occasion, greeted Darlene with an over-sized bouquet of flowers and a huge Mother's Day card. And the trio shared laughs and hugs before heading to brunch at the Beverly Wilshire hotel.
Well, after this big display, Spencer probably doesn't have to worry about winning over his future (?) Mother-in-law.
'The Hills' own Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were just many of the celebs in attendance at the 134th
running of the Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs on Saturday.
The couple was dressed to the nines, with Spencer in a gray suit and Heidi in a strapless, floral print dress and over-sized hat, which nearly took flight in the stiff Kentucky
winds.
Sipping on mint juleps, Heidi and Spencer sat in the private box seat section known as 'Millionaire's Row' - the place-to-be for the rich and famous. In fact, they were just a few seats down from Larry Birkhead and Jerry O'Connell (okay, now I'm really jealous.)
Of course, they bet on the ponies and were thrilled when their horse came in a winner. Later, they took on hosting duties at the Puglisi Stables after-party at Raw Sushi Lounge in Louisville. Spencer said he and Heidi "loved" Louisville "100 percent" and are hoping to make a return visit next year.
