Ryan Seacrest is selling his estate in the Hollywood Hills for $11,985,000.

This is the second time the American Idol host has put it on the market. In 2010, he listed ot for $14.95 million but had no buyers. Seacrest bought it from Kevin Costner in 2006 for $11.5 million.

Built in 1974, the 10,000-square-foot Mediterranean main house sits behind wrought-iron gates on nearly an acre with canyon and city views. The villa features beamed ceilings, a bar, a screening room, a massive wine cellar and a gym. There are six bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths. There is also a guesthouse, tennis court, and swimming pool with cabana.

British pop star Robbie Williams is reportedly set to buy the the sprawling mansion where Michael Jackson died. Robbie, a former member of boy band Take That, has viewed the $23 million property after it went on the market and was seen pulling up into Los Angeles' posh Holmby Hills neighborhood in his Range Rover.

The house boasts seven bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms. The 17,171 square foot faux French chateau sits on a 1.26 acre lot and has seven garages and twelve fireplaces.
